Every warmer contains a carefully balanced blend of five natural ingredients: iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal, and vermiculite.
Each plays an important role. Iron generates the heat; water and salt help drive the reaction; activated charcoal distributes warmth evenly; and vermiculite retains moisture to keep the process going.
Air Activates the Heat
Once you open the package, oxygen passes through the breathable warmer pouch and reacts with the iron powder inside.
This natural process is called oxidation. It releases energy as heat—the same basic chemistry that causes iron to rust, carefully controlled to provide steady, long-lasting warmth.

The Warmth Fades Naturally
