Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • We are proud to offer $5 flat rate ground shipping on all orders $99 and under, and free ground shipping on orders over $99 (pre-tax) to the 48 contiguous states. Our primary carrier for free ground shipping is FedEx Ground. Please provide a physical street address for free shipping or any expedited delivery. We may also use the United States Post Office (USPS) in some instances.
  • Please provide a physical street address for free shipping or any expedited delivery. Shipments to PO Boxes, military destinations, AK, HI, and PR will be sent via USPS and will be unavailable to track.
  • Expedited orders (FedEx 2 day, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight) placed before noon EST will be shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed after noon EST will be shipped the next day. Holidays are treated as weekend days. Weekend delivery is not available except for FedEx Priority Overnight. Most other orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, in the order, they were received. Orders are shipped from Philadelphia, PA. Please select the most appropriate service for your ship-to location. Please be aware most carriers do not consider Saturday or Sunday a travel day for shipments; if you place a 2nd Day order on Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday and arrive the following Tuesday.

Return Policy:

To simplify things, we now include a prepaid return label with every order.

  • If you have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), you will not be charged. For approval, please contact 800-518-0938 or e-mail (NOTE: Approval will be granted if you received the wrong item, the item is defective, or any reason our agents feel justifies the pre-paid RMA)
  • If you use this label without approved RMA, $9.99 will be deducted from your return or exchange.


Extended Holiday Return Period: Orders placed from November 15th to December 24th will have an extended return period up to January 31st.

Return and Exchange Notes:

  • All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in sell-able condition. This means the items are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells etc. Items must still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags. Items returned not in sell-able condition will only receive a partial refund or in extreme circumstances returned to sender.
  • The 30-day time return period starts once you receive your order. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 60 days.
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error of will receive a refund of up to 50% of the items price.
  • Due to the nature of some products not all items are eligible for a refund or exchange. If you need approval, please contact our Customer Service Team.
  • If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us within 3-days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless approved by agent due to special circumstances)

With a Prepaid Label:

  • Package up the return safely and securely. Note your tracking number for reference.
  • Stick the pre-paid label on the box.
  • Bring package to any USPS location or give to your USPS mailman.

Without a Prepaid Label:

  • If you do not have a prepaid label from us, please send back your package however you choose. We suggest noting your tracking number and getting adequate insurance for your return.

Option 1: Express Exchange

This is the quickest and easiest way to get your new items to you. Place a new order online or call our Customer Service Team on 888-406-1984 and we will get your exchange on the road straight away! Then you are responsible to send back the unwanted items for a refund by following the instructions above.

Option 2: Standard Exchange

Send back your unwanted item(s) using the above the instructions. Once received, we will process the exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for a standard exchange. (NOTE: Please allow 7-14 days during holiday season)

Secure Checkout:

  • uses safe and secure checkout methods including PayPal PayFlow Pro, PayPal Express, and Google Checkout
  • When you place your order on, rest assured your information is confidential. We do not share your personal information and we do not store your credit card details. The information you provide is transmitted securely to the payment gateway you have chosen, validated on their end, then we issue verification that the transaction completed successfully.
  • Please note, if you choose PayPal Express, there may be a delay between the time you submit your order and when PayPal approves your transaction. In some cases, if you're a new customer and unverified by PayPal, they may opt to review your account before approving it on your end. Keep this in mind if you place an expedited order using PayPal Express.
