Shipping Policy:

• We are proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders to the USA over $40 (pre-tax).
• Please provide a physical street address for free UPS Ground or any expedited delivery. PO Box and APO ship-to addresses will be sent via regular first-class postal service, and may cause delays in processing.
• Expedited orders placed before midnight EST will be shipped the next business day, Monday-Friday. Weekend delivery is not available. Most other orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, in the order they were received. Orders are shipped UPS from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Please select the most appropriate service for your ship-to location. Please be aware UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday a travel day for shipments; if you place a 2nd Day order on Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday and arrive the following Tuesday.

Return Policy:

• Please email webmaster@grabberworld.com for a return authorization number and additional instructions before returning any merchandise. Returns without an RA# may be refused or otherwise delayed.
• Complete, unused and unopened shipments may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (customer is responsible for all shipping charges).
• Partial or opened shipments may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a pro-rated refund minus a 10% restocking fee (customer is responsible for all shipping charges).
• Defective merchandise will be tested upon receipt. Valid claims will be processed normally; invalid claims are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

International Shipments:

• Warmers.com has partnered with World Market Express to make our products available to overseas consumers
• International consumers may purchase products on Warmers.com normally, then select the World Market Express button on the shopping cart page when they are done
• Shoppers will be taken to the World Market Express website where they may set up an account and complete the sale in the currency of their choice
• Shipping and handling, taxes and other duties will be assessed and charged on the World Market Express website
• Please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment, after which the order will be shipped via FedEx International Priority
